Ovotrack - The company
Ovotrack was born out of the Beekhuis family’s former egg packing center in Leersum, the Netherlands. In response to growing food safety concerns and new regulations for egg traceability, brothers Job and Henk Beekhuis developed a smart solution to improve tracking, labelling, and logistics in the egg supply chain. When traceability became mandatory in the EU with the introduction of the European Food Law in 2005, Ovotrack officially launched to bring this solution to the global egg industry.
Today, Ovotrack is a worldwide leader in traceability systems for the egg industry. Our innovative, modular solutions support egg grading centers, hatcheries, and egg processing plants by optimizing logistics and providing end-to-end product traceability.
